Make estate roads safer for residents

I live in Namly Place, where narrow pavements are blocked by dustbins and trees, resulting in residents having to walk on the road.

This is dangerous, as they are at risk of being hit by a vehicle.

I have noticed this problem in many other estates as well.

Drains along the side of the pavement should be covered and the pavements widened.

This would allow residents to walk on the pavements so that their lives will not be in danger.
