I have been applying for National Day Parade tickets for many years without success; yet there are those who have repeatedly been able to get these tickets. I hope tickets are not being overly allocated to special guests at the expense of genuinely interested patriotic citizens.

Could there be a system to ensure that those who have never won tickets get a better chance to do so?
