ElderShield policy oversight: Insurer replies

We have contacted Mr Koo Eng Liang to apologise for the oversight regarding his brother's ElderShield policy ("Tackle flaws in ElderShield scheme"; Monday).

We have tightened our internal processes to prevent a recurrence.
