Perhaps the National Environment Agency (NEA), together with the Consumers Association of Singapore (Case), could develop a seal to certify a food stall's food safety ("NEA bans serving of raw freshwater fish at all eateries"; Sunday).

This seal should be displayed prominently at all eateries.

This can help raise awareness of food safety among both food handlers and consumers.
