Descendants a visual treat

I was thrilled to read the feature on the South Korean drama Descendants Of The Sun (My New Love From The Sun, The Sunday Times, March 20). There are simply too many reasons to love this drama.

First, it is a visual treat. Part of the drama was filmed in picturesque Greece.

Coupled with high-quality cinematography, the show often looks more like a movie production than a television drama.

Second, the sizzling on-screen chemistry between Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo has captivated viewers' hearts.

Third, Descendants has a fast- paced and touching storyline.

Set in a fictional war-torn country called Uruk, the drama gives viewers insights into the sacrifices of soldiers and doctors.

Finally, Descendants has a stellar and good-looking cast which has given outstanding performances.
