We thank Ms Sharon Tan for her feedback ("Set up one-stop centre for healthcare inquiries"; Thursday), and agree that more can be done to improve online access to information on the Community Health Assist Scheme's (Chas) transaction history.
Currently, the Chas online portal provides only Chas transaction details on chronic conditions. Enhancements are being made to the portal, and by November, the transaction history will cover all medical and dental conditions.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to Ms Tan and have since contacted her to address her inquiry and provide the necessary information. We will continue to review and improve our processes.
