Sweet, gracious service attitude

On Tuesday, I was served by Ms Nurul Ain Razali at Changi General Hospital's payment and appointment counter.

She had a sweet disposition and checked that I was comfortable with the dates she had arranged for my follow-up appointments. She then directed me to collect my medication.

Her service put a big smile on my face.

Library officers lend helping hand

On April 22, I approached the Central Public Library to apply for an ISBN for a friend's book.

Ms Nadia Muliadi was very helpful and conscientious in ensuring that the ISBN was allocated without delay.

Mr Muhammad Shaizzrin and Madam Hamidah Yahya, of Clementi Public Library, also made my day on May 9, when they assisted me with the firm that has been commissioned to design and print the book.

I thank all three library officers, who showed pride in their work and passion in helping people.
