Barriers can help reduce accidents

Singapore averages about 166 days of rain a year. This means we can expect the shelters along the expressways to be used about once every two days.

I am sure motorcyclists find these shelters very useful when there is rain, and especially thunderstorms.

Could the Land Transport Authority look into the feasibility of barriers or other safety measures to reduce the number of accidents and needless deaths?
