Mixing school and work: Win-win solution for manpower struggle

After spending more than 30 years at higher learning institutions, Mr Daniel Ong decided to strike out on his own.

With the experience he had gained in education and building up learning systems, he started a consultancy firm in 2016 to provide expertise to training providers in the field of adult education.
