Communication and flexibility are key parts of what got hotel Royal Plaza on Scotts Singapore ranked the best workplace in the country.

The hotel in the Orchard area was placed top in Singapore in a league table compiled by global institute Great Place to Work, which surveys employees worldwide to obtain insights on making workplaces better.
