SINGAPORE - The outcome of Sabana Industrial Reit’s (Sabana Reit) extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Monday has thrust the local Reit scene into uncharted territory.
To recap, at Monday’s EGM, Sabana Reit unit holders voted not just to remove its current manager but also to internalise its management.
