THREE new projects are set to hit the market, following last month's slew of property launches.

City Developments and Hong Leong Holdings said on Thursday that its newest mixed-development project in Potong Pasir, The Venue Residences and Shoppes, will be up for a preview sale on Oct 18. Residential units are expected to be sold at an average of $1,450 per sq ft (psf).

Hong Leong added that it will launch another condominium at Flora Drive on Oct 25. Units at the 396-unit project range from 462 sq ft for a one-bedder to 1,302 sq ft for a four-bedder. Prices for a one-bedder are expected to start from $400,000, said Hong Leong.

On the executive condominium (EC) front, JBE Holdings' SkyPark Residences will open for e-applications on Oct 12. The project will be the seventh and last EC launched for the year.
