Buyers snapped up over half the units at Duo Residences at the launch on Thursday, agents told The Straits Times.
The 660-unit project by M+S, the developer jointly owned by Temasek Holdings and Malaysia's Khazanah Nasional was also concurrently launched in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday. Sales were conducted by balloting that began on Thursday afternoon.
Prices at the 99-year leasehold development, located at Ophir Road, ranged from around $1,500 psf to slightly above $2,300 psf, agents said.
No exact figures were available as at 8.30pm on Thursday. M+S declined to comment on sales.
