One of my friends once struggled with depression but was afraid to seek help for it as she feared it would affect her chances at employment. Unfortunately, there is still some stigma attached to struggling with mental health at work. However, workplaces are gradually moving toward greater acceptance of employees with different mental health support needs, reports correspondent Lee Li Ying.
