Singapore shares open 0.19% lower on Thursday

SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened lower on Thursday (April 20), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 3,120.25 in early trade, down 0.19 per cent, or 6.03 points.

Around 56.3 million shares exchanged hands.

Losers beat gainers 81 to 58.
