Share prices on the Singapore bourse closed flat, with the benchmark Straits Times Index ending the day marginally higher by 2.86 points or 0.09 per cent to 3,195.76.

Gainers led losers 293 to 115 while 391 counters were unchanged. Turnover stood at 4.30 billion shares worth $1.24 billion.
