SINGAPORE - Homebuyers were wooed with thousands of roses in a move to drum up interest in an executive condominium (EC) project in Punggol.

Salesmen gave out 10,000 roses to potential buyers of The Amore at Shenton Way and Orchard on Nov 26, said PropNex Realty, which was appointed the sole marketing agency for the project by developer MKH (Punggol).

The idea is to spread a message of love as Amore means love in Italian, said PropNex.

The EC lies between both Oasis LRT Station and Kandaloor LRT Station, at the junction of Punggol Central and Edgedale Plains. The project opens for e-applications on Dec 12.

It has a site area of 13,564.8 square metres, with six blocks of 378 units, and facilities including the sky gym, swimming pools, and tennis court.

Another 10,000 roses and 60,000 consumer guides will be given away this weekend at Punggol and Sengkang.

The 16-page guides are booklets by PropNex Realty. They are a compilation of the latest EC statistical trends and buying regulations.
