Resale homes recorded a small increase in prices in November, led by units in the central region.
They rose 0.1 per cent in November, well up from October's revised 0.8 per cent dip, based on the latest Singapore Residential Price Index (SRPI) figures out on Monday.
Excluding small units, suburban condo resale prices registered a marginal fall of 0.1 per cent, up from a decline of 0.5 per cent in October.
Prices of completed small units also fell by 0.6 per cent in November, after their prices remained unchanged in the preceding month.
The SRPI is compiled every month by the National University of Singapore (NUS), which monitors a basket of completed non-landed projects excluding executive condominiums.
