Reits association appears to support move to half-yearly reporting

Members of the Reit Association of Singapore (Reitas) are assessing if they should switch to semi-annual reporting, but the association appears to support the move, with its president saying "mandatory quarterly reporting may potentially distract both investor and manager".

Many of the 43 real estate investment trusts (Reits) listed in Singapore report earnings and issue dividends every quarter.
