SINGAPORE - Mainboard-listed Q&M Dental Group will embark on international roadshows in as many as 15 European and US cities to attract investors, its corporate advisor Sakae Holdings announced on Tuesday.
Q&M has the largest network of dental outlets in Singapore with 55 clinics islandwide, 170 dentists and 300 clinic staff. It has a growing presence in Asia with outlets in China and Malaysia.
Earlier this year, Q&M Dental announced the proposed acquisitions of eight dental clinics in Singapore and another three clinics in China, and also a proposed partnership with Liaoning Medical University.
The company is capitalised with over $30 million in cash from the amount raised from its medium term note issuance this year to further support its growth.
"Q&M Dental's business model is highly scalable, and the Management has proven that they can successfully execute strong growth in the business," Sakae Holdings founder and chairman Mr Douglas Foo said.
