SINGAPORE - It was another quiet month for new home sales in February, with no new projects launched.

Developers sold 301 units last month, down 22.8 per cent from 390 units sold in February last year, according to figures from the Urban Redevelopment Authority on Tuesday (March 15).

Sales were also 6.8 per cent lower than the 323 units sold in January.

Developers moved 25 units in the core central region, 82 units in the city fringes and 194 units in the suburbs.

Still, March should see more activity with recent launches of Cairnhill Nine and The Wisteria.

Correction note: An earlier version of this article mentioned that developers moved 30 units in the core central region, 185 units in the city fringes, and 175 units in the suburbs. We are sorry for the error.
