SINGAPORE - A winding-up application has been filed against Park Hotel Management, which until recently owned Singapore-based Park Hotel Group, a hospitality company with nearly 30 hotels and resorts across Asia.

The Straits Times understands that the issue behind the application, which was advertised in ST on June 16, involves alleged unpaid rent and Grand Park Orchard hotel in Orchard Road, although the specifics are unclear.
