More firms, public sector using coaching for leadership growth, says local association chief

As a "boss whisperer", leadership coach Suman Balani has met her share of difficult clients, but one she encountered about three years ago proved particularly memorable.

The senior executive was not well liked by his millennial staff, as he would scold employees and question them about their mistakes during meetings.
