Overseas Union Enterprise (OUE) will be injecting Mandarin Orchard Singapore and Mandarin Gallery into a real estate investment trust (Reit).

It submitted a circular to the Singapore Exchange (SGX) for review on Monday, the firm said.

OUE had said in March that it was considering the listing of a Reit on the SGX.
