Mr Low Soon Teck: Appointed chief financial officer with effect from Jan 10 next year. Mr Low, 50, will join IHH Healthcare from RCMA Group, where he is currently CFO. Before joining RCMA Group in 2013, he spent 17 years with the Kuok Group in various senior positions, including CFO at PACC Offshore Services Holdings and group treasurer at Wilmar International.
Mr Tan See Haw: Will leave IHH Healthcare after Jan 9 next year. Mr Tan, 59, the outgoing chief financial officer, will retire to spend more time with his family, after spending three years with the company.

Ms Tan Lay Lee: Will leave her post as group financial controller on Dec 7 to pursue personal interests. Ms Tay, 54, took on the role in May 2012 and is responsible for overseeing the IT, financial and accounting reporting functions of the company.

Mr Christian Kwok-Leun Yau Heilesen: Appointed executive director from Nov 23. Mr Kwok, 31, is tasked with developing and managing the business development strategies for the firm. From 2003 to 2014, he held senior positions in various companies, including chief executive officer at Funmobile and executive director at GPRO Technologies. He assumes the executive roles of former executive directors Tansri Saridju Benui, also known as Chen Bing Wen, and Mr Khoo Yick Wai.
Mr Tansri Saridju Benui also known as Chen Bing Wen: Left his post as executive director and chairman of the group on Nov 23. Mr Tansri, 51, will remain as consultant of the company to assist its business development in Indonesia during the transition phase.
Mr Khoo Yick Wai: Left his post as chief executive officer on Nov 23. Mr Khoo, 50, was appointed to the position in August 2006, and has decided to leave the company owing to a health issue and to facilitate the reconstitution of the board.

Mr Benny Lim Han: Left as president of the company today after seven months. Mr Lim, 38, was appointed to the position in May 2015. He has decided to leave to pursue other career opportunities and spend more time on other commitments.
