Tricia Yeo Whay Teng: Appointed chief financial officer-designate on May 29.

Ms Yeo, 39, has been identified as a successor to Ms Chew Chiu Shan, who will be stepping down as financial controller of Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) and assuming wider responsibilities within the Frasers Centrepoint Group.

Qian Zimin: Appointed chief executive with effect from May 30. Mr Qian, 55, is the cousin of Mr Qian Zhongcheng, the director of Yinda, which will be making a mandatory unconditional cash offer for all the ordinary shares of CMC Infocomm that it does not already own.

Lee Kah Hong: Resigned as group chief financial officer on May 26. Ms Lee, 51, left to pursue other career opportunities.

Antony Chung Tin Yau: Resigned as financial controller with effect from yesterday. Mr Chung, 38, left to pursue his personal interests.

Connie Ouyang Yuxia: Appointed chief operating officer with effect from last Thursday. Ms Ouyang, 34, has more than 10 years of experience in the area of business development and operations in the healthcare industry.

Chia Kok Hoong: Resigned as chief operating officer on May 31. Dr Chia, 57, left his position due to the realignment of duties. He remains an executive director of the company.
