Tse Kwok Hing, Henry: Appointed as chief financial officer and company secretary from April 18. Mr Tse, 32, will be responsible for the preparation of the group's financial statements as well as reviewing and developing effective financial policies and control procedures within the group.

Ong Chye Hong: Appointed as chief financial officer. Ms Ong, 56, was previously group chief financial officer and company secretary at Federal International (2000).

Tan Sri Nathan Elumalay: Relinquished his position as group managing director while remaining as executive chairman.

Ng Chiu Yuen: Appointed as group managing director. Mr Ng, 61, will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the group's business.

Phiboon Buakhunngamcharoen: Appointed as acting chief financial officer. Mr Buakhunngamcharoen will be responsible for the overall finance and accounting functions of the company, following the resignation of Mr Nha-Vinh Julien Nguyen.
