Raymond Chia Lee Meng: Appointed director and group chief executive officer with effect from today. Mr Chia, 50, is chief executive officer of LGB Corporation, which is also in the property development business.

Ezra Holdings

Chan Eng Yew: Appointed group interim chief financial officer from last Wednesday. He replaces Mr Eugene Cheng Chee Mun, 38, who resigned as chief financial officer due to personal and family reasons.

Mr Chan, 43, is chief executive officer of Ezra's subsidiary Triyards Holdings and will hold the appointment concurrently with this new designation.

Annie Khung Shyang Lee: Appointed financial controller last Wednesday. Ms Khung, 40, was previously senior finance manager at Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management.
