Natalie Wong Chin Ping: Appointed as chief financial officer last Tuesday. Ms Wong, 40, will monitor and report on the financial performance of the Reit. She was most recently head of treasury at Mapletree Logistics Trust Management.

Tung Lok Restaurants

Tjioe Ka In: Appointed as chief operating officer of the restaurants last Tuesday. Madam Tjioe, 51, is in charge of strategic planning and ensuring the smooth operation of Tung Lok restaurants. She is the sister of executive chairman Tjioe Ka Men, and has been executive director of Tung Lok Restaurants since March 2001.

Serrano

Eugene Tse Yue-Jen: Ceased to be executive director last Friday. Mr Tse, 40, is leaving to pursue personal interests. He was appointed in October 2014 and has been responsible for the group's corporate development activities, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and overseas expansion.

Sin Heng Heavy Machinery

Yang Yung Kang: Ceased to be financial controller last Monday. Mr Yang, 38, is leaving to pursue other interests. He was appointed in September 2012 and has been responsible for overseeing financial and accounting matters. Johnny Goh Chin Wah: Appointed as chief financial officer last Tuesday. Mr Goh, 44, joined the group as head of corporate strategy in September 2014. He was previously the chief financial officer between 2010 and 2012.

New Silkroutes Group

Lau Yu: Ceased to be executive director last Monday. The firm said that it has not received his confirmation regarding this announcement. Mr Lau, 48, did not seek re-election at the annual general meeting. He was appointed to the role in 2012.
