Mr Esben Sofren Poulsson: Resigned as independent director lastTuesday. Mr Poulsson, 67, said he had been at odds with the board chairman and certain independent directors on several occasions. He suggested that an independent party ought to be appointed chairman.

Ms Susan Kwek: Appointed head of operations and technology last month. She was previously Citi Singapore's head of Asia-Pacific consumer banking core operations.

Mr Gary Chan: Appointed head of corporate banking. He is also a managing director of Citi Singapore.
