Ronnie Tan Yew Chye: Appointed chief financial officer last Friday. Mr Tan, 43, was formerly the group chief risk officer and head of group risk management of the company, a position he had held since January 2006.

In his new role, he will oversee the corporate finance, actuarial, accounting, financial controls and tax functions for the company.

Jean Low Su-Im: Will step down as chief financial officer on Aug 19. Ms Low, 48, is leaving to pursue her personal interests.

Ms Low has held the position since February 2013.

Mr Lawrence Ng Tzu Ann, the company's vice-president of finance, will cover her duties until a permanent replacement is appointed.

Chris Oo Hoe Hee: Resigned as group chief operating officer last Thursday .

Mr Oo, 61, left to pursue personal interests. He had held the position since May last year.

Ben Teo Teck Sing: Ceased to be chief financial officer last Thursday, citing personal reasons. Mr Teo, 47, had held the position since January last year.

Keith Cameron: Retired from his role as director and chief executive officer last Friday. Mr Cameron, 69, was appointed to the role in October 2009.

Jeffrey S. Macdonald: Appointed as interim chief executive officer last Friday. Mr Macdonald, 60, was the firm's non-executive independent director and joined its board of directors in 2009. He is currently a non-executive director of Hansa Hydrocarbons.
