2. Eurosports Global to pay $1.5m for 60% stake in 3 companies. It will buy stakes in Autoinc Sports, Autoinc Lifestyle and Birel Singapore.

3. DBS launches cross-border yuan loans in Suzhou Industrial Park. The China unit of local lender DBS Bank has helped a Southeast Asian customer based in Suzhou Industrial Park obtain a yuan-denominated loan from the bank's Singapore headquarters.
