1. JTC to release more comprehensive industrial property market data. The move by the industrial property landlord aims to increase transparency and help industrialists make more informed decisions.

2. SingTel raises stake in Singapore video analytics firm for $1.95m. The telco's venture capital arm SingTel Innov8 will now own 39.15 per cent of Kai Square, up from 19.08 per cent previously.

3. Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam to chair EDB's International Advisory Council. He will replace fellow Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, who has served as the Council's chairman since 2007.
