SINGAPORE – Fund raising in public markets has dwindled over the past year in the wake of higher inflation and rising interest rates that have triggered volatility in stocks and bonds.

There were 11 initial public offerings raising $581 million or so here last year compared with eight listings that raised $1.62 billion in 2021, noted bourse data.
