In conjunction with the rollout of a new set of coins, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has set up a Facebook page for members of the public interested in learning more about the currency.

The Third Series coins feature national icons and landmarks and were launched at all retail banks in Singapore last Tuesday.

MAS' Facebook page aims to create awareness of the new coins, and to answer any questions the public may have about them.
