Linair Technologies has warned of losses, ahead of the announcement of its unaudited results for the first half year ended June 30,

In a statement on July 19, the board advised that, based on information currently available, the company expects to record a consolidated net loss for the first half year.

This is mainly due to decline in margins in its engineering business, impairment of receivables and lower sales of duct business.

Further details will be disclosed when the company announces its corporate results later.
