SINGAPORE - JTC has awarded the tender for an industrial site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 1) to Power Partners Private Limited.

The company submitted the highest bid of S$3,320,000 for the site, JTC said in a release on Wednesday.

The 5,253.5 square meter area with a tenureof 20 years and a 1.4 gross plot ratio attracted four bids. The tender which was launched on Nov 29 last year, closed on Jan24, 2017.
