SINGAPORE - Industrial property landlord JTC said it has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 3) to BHCC Construction.

The company submitted the highest bid of S$7,000,000 in the tender for the site.

The 5,804 sqm site area has a gross plot ratio of 2.5, with a tenure of 20 years. The project completion period is 60 months.

The tender for the site was launched on February 28, 2017 and closed on April 25, 2017, with three bids submitted, JTC said in a release on Friday.
