SINGAPORE - Collecting has long had the image of being an indulgence of the rich who have oodles of cash to splash about on art, posh watches and other shiny baubles. But that hoard of comics, Pokemon cards and Hello Kitty toys gathering dust in your cupboard has some value as well.
They can, as the saying goes, be greater than the sum of their parts.
