A strong pipeline of new housing projects is expected, with plans to build over 50,000 HDB flats and more than 30,000 private homes.

Key redevelopment sites include the Greater Southern Waterfront, Bukit Timah Turf City, Marina Bay, Mount Pleasant, Tanjong Rhu, Pearl’s Hill and Bukit Merah.
