Listed on the Singapore Exchange's (SGX) Catalist in 2017, Y Ventures is a data analytics-driven, e-commerce retailer and distributor specialising in online retail data analytics, marketing, distribution and sales of a wide range of merchandise, under third-party brands and its private labels.

The firm recently announced it would streamline operations, focus on online book distribution and embark on the supplementary services-based model for its e-commerce business, as its 2018 net loss widened to US$3.6 million (S$4.9 million) from US$787,433 a year ago. That was on the back of increased cost of sales and expenses, offset by a divestment in its subsidiary.
