Property exec Alan Toh looks at price, surrounding developments and growth potential of area

Real estate executive Alan Toh grew his wealth by taking advantage of good property buys, thanks to his years of experience as a real estate agent.

"Since I'm in the sector, I come across many investment opportunities and have been able to execute on them when there is a fire sale," said Mr Toh, 44, referring to a property sale at a price far below the market value as the buyer is in a hurry to sell.
