SINGAPORE - The virtual world of crypto and the bricks-and-mortar reality of property seem to be worlds apart but entrepreneur Pang Xue Kai sees opportunity in their common trait: limited supply.

Mr Pang has set his sights on land and digital assets as he believes their scarcity is a key driver of prices: "Land is getting more and more scarce, and crypto asset supply usually has a cap."
