We speak to Koufu Group's founder, executive chairman and chief executive officer, Mr Pang Lim, who shares his insights on the firm, and the food and beverage industry.

Set up in 2002 and listed on the Singapore Exchange mainboard in July last year, Koufu is one of the largest operators and managers of foodcourts and coffee shops in Singapore, with a presence in Macau.

Since its inception, Koufu's philosophy has been to integrate modern management discipline into its business while retaining the traditional coffee shop culture, with particular emphasis on providing patrons with value-for-money dining options in a comfortable environment.
