As a fresh university graduate in 2013 trying to get a foothold in the real estate sector, Mr Kenny Neo knew he had a steep learning curve ahead of him.

He joined ERA Realty Network soon after graduating with a bachelor's degree in economics from RMIT University in Melbourne.
