Bosses swearing at employees, throwing things at them and delaying salary payments might seem impossible in this day and age of worker protections but these are some of the allegations that have surfaced in recent days about some workplaces in Singapore.

They include claims made online against Night Owl Cinematics co-founder Sylvia Chan. The police and fair employment watchdog are looking into the allegations.
