Finance executive Rebecca Chesworth joined State Street Global Advisors in 2016 after 25 years of asset management experience to help the firm expand its SPDR exchange-traded fund (ETF) business.

State Street Global Advisors pioneered the world's first ETF - SPDR S&P 500 ETF - in 1993, providing investors with access to a diversified portfolio on stock exchanges.
