Central Provident Fund (CPF) customer service executive Chong Loo Kuang assists around 15 elderly customers a day with their CPF-related queries at CPF Bishan Service Centre. He primarily helps older folk because of his ability to converse in dialects such as Hokkien and Hainanese.

While the CPF benefits members in various ways throughout their lives, some may not understand the schemes and find them complex.
