The first executive condominium of the year is being launched at Woodlands on April 10.

Units at Twin Fountains are priced from $580,000 for a two-bedroom unit to S$1.26 million for a four-bedroom unit, with prices between $660 per square foot and $790 psf.

It will have 418 residential units spread across eight 14-storey blocks, ranging between two-bedders and a few units specially designed for intergenerational living called Trio units. Trio units are apartments with one or more bedrooms that come together with an adjoining studio apartment under a single strata title.

The project is expected to be completed in October 2016. It is the first to be launched in Woodlands since 2005.
