LONDON (AFP) - Europe's main stock markets rose at the start of trading on Friday following strong gains for indexes over recent days.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index climbed 0.2 per cent to 6,255.65 points from Thursday's close, Frankfurt's DAX 30 won 0.31 per cent to 8,015.53 points, and in Paris the CAC 40 advanced by 0.14 per cent to 3,767.63 points.
